Regional Laboratory Network:
templates for submitting entries
Below you will find templates for submitting data to the West Midlands Regional ACB Laboratory Network. We hope that every laboratory in the Region with ACB members will submit an entry.
Each laboratory should submit the Lab Details template only once. As well as basic details about your laboratory and the names, telephone numbers and emails of any ACB Members, you will be asked to specify any specialist tests which you wish to provide as a service to other laboratories. If you want to make minor amendments to your lab details at a later date please don't submit a new form, but detail your amendments in an email to editor@acbwm.org.uk
You may also submit further details about some or all of the specialist tests you offer using the Test Details template. You can use this to submit of tests already listed on your main lab page, of new tests, or amended details - but please tell us which in the accompanying email so we know whether to amend your main lab page.
Please be aware that material on the website will be in the public domain; the content you provide should reflect this.
